e-Bible Reading Plan
I loved Zeks visions in the first of Ezekiel. I wonder if anybody has ever tried to draw that first vision. It was interesting to read what God asked Zek to do as a witness against Israel. But in chapter 4 when God told him to bake muffins over a fire made from human excrement I was with Zeke I wasnt surprised when Zek protested mightily against that. God let Zek cook them over cow excrement instead I am not sure that would have been enough of a compromise for me. And I got a big laugh out of Ezekiel 8 when Zek is sitting in his house talking to the leaders of Judah; God appeared before him, grabbed him by the hair and took him to Jerusalem. I am going to ask the Professional Christian this week if Zek was physically taken to Jerusalem or only within the vision. Either way I bet it freaked the leaders of Judah to the max. What God showed Zek in Jerusalem was nauseating and yet are we so different?
I loved the first chapter of Revelation I loved all the descriptions of Jesus loved it when He said that He holds the keys to death and hell it reminded me that He will never unlock those doors for me. The seven seals on the scroll were a little frightening I got that the second rider is war the third is famine and the fourth is death but what was the first rider? Revelation is going to talk about some pretty horrible things that are going to take place on the earth - but remember when it is all said and done we win.
