e-Missions Updte: Reaching Hand Society

Dear Partner in Christ,

Greetings in Jesus' Name.

Sukmar a Bengali from MV 71 village sat deep in thought inside the prison cell. He has already spent over a year in this prison. Laban approached him and asked, "Why are you looking so sad". Sukmar said, "I am a murderer and have NO hope to get out of this cell. All my life I have to spend in the confines of a prison cell". Laban told of Jesus who can set you free even from the prison. Sukmar said, "Most here do not even believe in a God because nothing happens here, we are not even granted bail." Laban continued to minister to Sukmar whenever he met him during the daily prison programme. Sukmar last week was all smiles, he told Laban "I now believe in your God for, as you said I prayed to Jesus and now I am going to go out on bail". At least for some time I can be back again with my family. Laban advised him not to go back to bad ways but to keep praying to Jesus the ONLY true God.
