We have received the following update from Georgette Bersani about her friend Laurie’s granddaughter, Morgan. Morgan had been sent to a specialist because her fontanel (soft spot on her head) was closing to soon. “THANK YOU for making Morgan part of your prayer line. I just heard from Lesley - the doctors say her brain is not under pressure and the skull has not started suturing, so it is great news!!! They will still be keeping a watch on her head every month for a year or so. But thank you so much and thank you to your prayer line too! Morgan is to be dedicated in their church on May 1st at Northside Christian Church.”
Last Sonday, April 17th, Father released Rick Owens from his suffering by calling him home. His services are tentatively scheduled for Saturday, April 30th at Northwest Church, Please keep Leslie, their children, family and friends in prayer as they grieve their temporary parting from Rick.
We continue to pray for the following: Shirley Carpenter, Howard Eicher and recovery from surgery, Ted Gomez as he sees the specialist, Ace Estes & shingles, Donna Hemphill & shingles, Ruth Howell’s continued recovery, Lorraine & George Esparza’s daughter & son-in-law, Tim & Lorna’s adoption of Drew, Bobbie Ronsley & lupus, Dennis Galloway, Larry Mead, Brent Clapp, Charles & Chantel in Paris, Brandon & leukemia, Stan Reed & cancer, Kassel Coon serving in Afghanistan, Ray Rahn & his wife, Brigg Noyes, Judi Wright & her mom-Nola, George & Margie Martin, Dan Hansen & his future job, John Rogers and cancer.
Pray for our missionaries - Bounkham & Khamla’s mission to Laos, Laurie Bethall in Prague, Judy, Faye & Miisaw as they work at the New Life Center in Thailand, Jan & Larry Martin in Thailand, The Reaching Hand Society in India, Dr. George Pe Myat & the hospital in the Congo, and all the missionaries worldwide.
Please keep our two church plants in prayer. Please pray for Karl & Shellie Roth with Flipside. Please pray for Horacio & Cheryl Aleman at the LIFEhouse in Reedley.
Pray for our pastors, our leadership, our ministries, and Father’s provision for His Church. Pray for opportunities to share our faith with others.
Pray for our country, her leadership and our military.

How we love singing Your names for each of them shows us another part of who You are. Within the promises of Your names we find our peace and joy. Within the glory of Your names we find our life.
Abba, thank You for watching over Morgan and allowing her to not have any further problems with her fontanel. We praise You for parents whose love for You will be reflected on May 1st when they dedicate Morgan to You.
We have prayed for Rick for so long that news of his passing grieves us, LORD, even though most of us did not know him. Thank You for welcoming him into eternity with You. We ask that You surround Rick’s family and friends with the same comfort that You gave him. Let them find peace in knowing that Rick has simply moved to new life with You.
LORD of All, send Your Spirit into each of the lives on our prayer chain. Touch each situation with your love. Guide each person, heal those who need Your healing touch.
We ask that Your mercy abound on our missionaries as they serve You in so many places around the world. Provide them with support for their physical needs and support for their spiritual needs. Touch the eyes, ears and hearts of those they minister to. Give them eyes to see Your truth, give them ears to hear Your Word and open their hearts to Your message. Let Your harvest be great.
Continue to bless those who are working in Your new congregations over at LIFEHouse in Reedley and Flipside in Fresno. Calm the worries and stresses felt by the pastors, Horacio and Karl. These men and their families have gotten out of the boat to walk on the water with You. Bless their faith and provide for their families.
God of Wonders, we ask that You pour out Your abundance on the pastors of all the congregations that are represented in this prayer list. Help all of us who pray this together support our pastors with our prayers, our hearts and our actions. Bless the leadership and the ministries. Bless us with imagination to see new ways to reach out to our communities in Your Holy Name. Give us opportunities to declare Your grace and love to a world who do not know.
Holy Father, we pray for our communities and the leadership of them. Guide our leaders on the way they should go. We pray for our states and those who lead them. We ask that You provide wisdom to them. Holy Spirit, we pray for our country - God Bless America. Be a persistent voice in the hearts of our President, our Congress and our Judiciary - lead them back to You - bring our country back on her knees to You. LORD Jesus, we pray for all the countries around the world and for the leaders of them. Let Your justice and truth reign.
LORD Jesus, Thank You for the smile that I woke up with this morning. Thank You for all the joy that You bring to us on a daily basis. Thank You for this life we have in You. Even through all the ups and downs of it - we rest secure in the promise that You are always with us. We love this life, LORD. Even if this life on earth was all there was - even if there wasn’t a promise of eternity with You - we would still choose You and this life.
