Hello everyone, thanks so much for your continued prayers. Here’s a quick update:
First, I apologize for the late arrival of this email. I have been speaking at a Christian school this week for their “Spiritual Formation” emphasis. Lots of fun but time consuming.
The youth ministry is going really well. We meet with just Jr Hi students on Tuesday nights. This last Tuesday was our third meeting for Bible study. We had 27 middle school students! Joe (Karl's oldest son) is doing a great job rallying students to the Bible study. He really has a heart for seeing kids know Jesus. Very cool.
Here are some prayer requests:
First, please be in prayer for our Preview Services (this Sunday) and 3 weeks in a row in May (8th, 15th, and 22nd). Pray for God to bless us according to His graciousness. Pray also for plenty of people to catch the vision for what we are doing and to agree to serve on a rotating basis.
Second, we really need a covered truck with a ramp to haul our supplies, and a trailer to haul the band and stage stuff. Pray that God provides both at a very good price.
Lastly, overall please pray that God continues to bless us according to His grace and goodness, not our own.
